Inspirit – Meditation & Techniques

Practicing Meditation is a great way to start off the work week mentally prepared.
Come, defrag your mind Sunday evenings, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, with a relaxing guided meditation.
Every Sunday, we will enrich our lives with techniques to strengthen and control the mind; increase our awareness, focus, and emotional intelligence; as well as reducing our anxiety and stress in order to start the week with a fresh and strong mind.
Each class we will learn and improve on meditation techniques .
Then, relax and enjoy a 45 minute guided meditation designed to connect you with your highest potential.
Benefits Of Meditation:

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.

And these benefits don’t end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.

When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.

The emotional benefits of meditation can include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness

This is a 1 1/2 hour class for all levels! 
Bring your mat, a pillow or bolster to sit on, notepad if you’d like and water.
